I've built and led teams from the ground up and have one hell of a track record for keeping morale high when the org-chart changes are looking dicey again.

My credentials include certifications in both Career and Executive Coaching, so I don't just coach from theory - I coach from experience. Even before I got my certifications, I was regularly the friend people would call on for work advice both on and off the clock.
